Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Whole Genome Sequencing

Isolates from the VQUIN MDR trial in Vietnam, a placebo-controlled randomized-control trial. This trial was conducted to study the efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin in TPT of household contacts of RR/MDR-TB patients. Deposited sequences include isolates from index RR/MDR-TB patients, their co-prevalent contacts who were culture-positive at screening, and incident contacts who culture-converted post-randomisation. Sequencing was conducted with the purpose of studying antimicrobial resistance and transmission dynamics in Vietnam. This dataset contains PTB and EPTB cases.
