Modulation of gene expression in Catharanthus roseus leaves during day time and coronatine treatment.. Leaf transcriptome of Catharanthus roseus

Leaves of Catharanthus roseus (cv Apricot Sunstorm) were harvested at 10:00 am, 18:00 pm (either control plants or plants infiltrated at 10:00 with 10 µM of coronatine) and the next day at 10:00 am. Total RNA were extracted with a Trizol based procedure and mRNA were sequenced with an HiSeq2000.
