Transcriptomic analyses of normal human pancreatic acinar cells

A cohort of 69 normal human pancreatic acinar cell specimens was collected from islet transplantation centers. Total RNA was isolated from uncultured pancreatic acinar cells, and sequencing was performed using Illumina NGS platforms. The resulting transcriptome data for each specimen were analyzed. Overall design: RNAseq profiling of uncultured normal human pancreatic acinar cells. After adding Matrigel, it was immediately removed from the uncultured Day 0 samples by centrifugation at 4°C before solidification. In contrast, Day 6 samples underwent 6 days of ADM incubation at 37°C before Matrigel removal and subsequent collection.
