Study on Microbial Diversity in Different Soil Compartments of Medicinal Plants(16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing)

We conducted a cross-regional comparison of three CCP-sensitive Panax species (P. ginseng, P. quinquefolius, P. notoginseng) and one CCP-resilient species (Achyranthes bidentata). Using a paired design (cultivated vs. uncultivated soil within each region), we analyzed rhizosphere physicochemical properties, enzyme activities, and bacterial/fungal communities via amplicon sequencing. Multivariate statistics, co-occurrence network analysis, and functional prediction were employed to characterize microecological patterns.
