This collection contains the data and R scripts necessary to reproduce the findings presented in the paper "Using recent baselines as benchmarks for megafauna restoration places an unfair burden on the Global South"<b></b><br>Folders are organized to function properly with the R scripts provided. Changes to the folders will cause errors when running the script.<br>To reproduce the analyses, the "Data" folder from the PHYLACINE database (available from https://github.com/MegaPast2Future/PHYLACINE_1.2) needs to be downloaded and added to the "PHYLACINE 1.2.1" folder.
