This is the data published with the LevSeq preprint (https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.09.04.611255), these data provide a test case for users to confirm that they are able to run the pipelines and also the data to reproduce the results in the preprint. Each folder contains the raw fastq files from the MinION sequencer for a protoglobin variant for several plates, along with the required input file to run LevSeq.
The data are basecalled reads, generated using the standard Oxford nanopore sequencing protocol. For experimental methods and details please see the paper.
