aOverlap denotes the effective number of yeast interactome modules that a protein is assigned to (see Materials and Methods). Overlap ratio was calculated by dividing the overlap value of the given protein in the heat shock dataset with that in the unstressed state.
bCommunity centrality values of proteins were calculated by the NodeLand influence function method [8]. Community centrality ratio was calculated by dividing the community centrality value of the given protein in the heat shock dataset with that in the unstressed state.
