Courageous Cruise 014 Biological Data overview, 1976

This record describes the datasets obtained on Courageous Cruise 014. The data were obtained from waters off the New South Wales and Victorian coasts and Bass Strait in November and December 1976. Data were obtained from acoustic and trawl surveys of Jack mackerel (Trachurus declivis) and other demersal and pelagic fish including Maurolicus, barracouta, gemfish, jackass fish, ling and New Zealand Whiptail. Distribution, length, sex, gut fullness, gonad size and state were determined.
