Material from PhD thesis: Appendix C-7 List of identified peptides and synthetic peptides

This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Development of Novel Diagnostic Tools and Antigen Discovery for Devil Facial Tumour Disease.

The material contains a full list of peptides identified in Tasmanian devil healthy tissue and DFT1 and DFT2 immunopeptidomes with a false discovery rate (FDR) of 5%. The raw data were generated as part of a published study (https://doi.org/10.1111/imm.13307). Peptides were identified via the database search pipeline using PEAKS® Studio (Bioinformatics Solutions Inc). The list consists of peptides identified from the Tasmanian devil's reference proteomes and the list of long-terminal repeats (LTRs) derived from endogenous retroviral elements (ERVs). The dataset also contains the peptide abundance.
