Gene expression changes of carbon tetrachloride-induced in renal cortex of rats

This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with carbon tetrachloride, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.
本研究旨在基于致癌物染毒大鼠的基因表达谱(gene expression profile),开发一种短期且高精度的肾脏致癌性预测方法。本研究以四氯化碳对雄性SD大鼠开展28天重复染毒实验,并利用定制微阵列(custom microarray)分析大鼠肾皮质的基因表达谱。
