RAW data on decomposition of green tea and red tea in temperate mangrove forests

Decomposition assays (tea-bag-index), were deployed at 30 sites in northern New Zealand, along a gradient of human land use. Environmental parameters were collected in triplicate at each site. Land use data from the LCDB5 database were included in the data.The first table show the meta data including site information, environmental parameters, land-cover information, and the calculated decay rates. <br>The second table shows the measured mass of the tea before, and after decomposition (3 months and 12 months).
