Dataset for: Interplay of genotypic and thermal effects on sex determination shapes climatic distribution in herpetofauna

<b>Data table:</b> data on genotypic sex determination, temperature reaction norm and climatic variables as described in the manuscript. Uploaded in three formats with identical content: tabulator-separated (.tsv), comma-separated (.csv) and semicolon-separated (.csv) text files (UTF-8, quotation method: double).<b>Metadata:</b> description of each variable (column) in <b>Data table</b>.<b>Tree.phy</b>: Phylogenetic tree used for the analyses.<b>Codes_for_spatial_statistics.rar</b>: R codes, input files and additional information (see README.txt) for calculating descriptive statsitics from each bioclimatic variable across the distribution range of each species.<b>R_script_for_analyses.R</b>: Statistical analyses generating the results presented in Table S1-S2
