A dataset containing images of bread crumb and crust, along with measurements of size, color, and hardness.

The dataset consists of three directories — texture, color, and size — containing PNG images, along with a Data.csv file. The images in the texture and size directories are unprocessed and include only bread images. In contrast, the color directory contains cropped images from the size directory, corresponding to the areas where color measurements were taken on the bread. This directory also includes images of reference color cardsin addition to bread images.
