Major-revision reproducibility addendum for: Repeatability of an Integrated Bio-Optical Protocol and Product-Specific Validation of GOCI-II Rrs, Chlorophyll-a, and Total Suspended Matter Products in Korean Coastal Waters
收藏资源简介:
This record is a separate reproducibility addendum supporting the major revision of the manuscript "Repeatability of an Integrated Bio-Optical Protocol and Product-Specific Validation of GOCI-II Rrs, Chlorophyll-a, and Total Suspended Matter Products in Korean Coastal Waters" (Remote Sensing manuscript remotesensing-4610901). It supplements the original research-data and code record at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22869037. The original record remains available and retains its own identity and citation. This addendum is a separate record, version 1.0.0; it is not a new version of that earlier deposit. The archive assembles author-supplied production code, field-reference inputs, intermediate data, archived results, and instructions for the revision-stage reproducibility workflows. These materials cover GOCI-II matchup processing, sky-glint and BRDF correction, radiance-first spectral response function integration, and the associated regression, residual, coverage, temporal-window, and spatial-quality-control comparisons. It also provides repeatability-related inputs and chlorophyll-a supporting materials, with historical source provenance identified separately, together with the acquisition-date-cluster bootstrap analysis of QC-related RMSE differences. The analysis modules have distinct purposes and retain their documented inputs, accepted samples, statistical scales, and estimators. Primary OLS fits, unweighted SMA and equal-error-variance Deming comparisons, linear- and log-scale summaries, archived sensitivity comparisons, and bootstrap intervals should each be interpreted according to the corresponding methods and captions. The bootstrap module estimates conditional sampling variability of QC-related RMSE differences; it is not a complete measurement-uncertainty budget. Start with the release README, source inventory, and workflow instructions in the archive. Repeatability inputs include corrected replicate spectra for all 391 included stations, with station metadata and source SRF files preserved. These materials support reproduction from the supplied corrected spectra; they do not constitute a complete archive of uncorrected Lt, Lsky, and Ed measurements for every station. Recovered historical chlorophyll-a method source is preserved separately from the current reproduction workflow. Dependencies on the earlier Zenodo package and external source products are identified in the relevant instructions. Original GOCI-II OCR Level-2 NetCDF scenes are not redistributed and must be obtained from the official provider when a workflow requires them. Rights and reuse conditions are file-specific. Consult RIGHTS_AND_REUSE.md and the accompanying third-party notices. Materials retain their applicable existing terms; no blanket MIT or CC BY license is assigned to the whole addendum.
