The reflection-wave full waveform inversion (FWI) dataset comprises four components: acquisition geometry data, reflection-wave field data, background velocity model data constructed via reflection-wave waveform inversion, and final velocity model data derived from full waveform inversion. All components of this dataset can be generated using the accompanying program. The dataset includes reflection-wave field data generated based on the Marmousi2 model, with a temporal precision at the second level and a spatial precision up to the ten-meter scale. The data is generated via seismic wave simulation methods rooted in the wave equation, and its rationality and accuracy are validated through numerical simulations. The potential utility of this dataset lies in supporting background velocity modeling for seismic data processing: it enables the construction of high-quality initial models, enhances the accuracy of velocity models obtained via subsequent inversions, and provides foundational data support for the subsequent R&D of waveform inversion technologies and their industrial applications.
