White rust disease caused by fungal pathogen Albugo candida is one of the devastating disease of Brassica adversely affecting the overall yield and productivity of the crop. The highly variable nature of this pathogen challenges the disease management and therefore it is necessary to understand the genetic and genomic nature of this pathogen. We present the Indian isolate of the Ac2V race of this variable pathogen. The data from present study will help decipher the complex nature of this pathogen and understand its genomic structure and differences.
