A point layer of all near-miss incidents reported through the City of Cleveland's Near-Miss Incidents Reporting Form after August 2025. Near-miss incidents are defined as situations where someone walking, rolling, biking, or driving had to stop, swerve, or take sudden action to avoid a crash. Because these incidents are rarely reported, gathering this information is essential to understanding potential hazards before they result in harm. Report a Near-Miss Incident.
