Its performance dropped drastically when it was tested over the dataset with query length of 200 bp. The instances were from the same dataset (original) which was used by the authors of microPred for its performance benchmarking. However, the instances taken in the present study were with longer length (200 bp) than their corresponding entries in the original dataset.
