IHAT-GUT Dataset

Merged Illness Cohorts Dataset
This dataset contains longitudinal gut microbiome profiles and clinical metadata from Gambian children, including age groups, stool sampling timepoints (D1, D15, D85), illness status, and relative abundances of bacterial taxa. It enables analysis of microbial diversity, community stability, and associations with infection susceptibility in early life.

Adverse Events Dataset
This dataset records infection-related adverse events for the same cohort, including the timing of the earliest event per child. It can be linked to the microbiome dataset to examine relationships between gut microbial composition and subsequent illness outcomes.
