Cells actively secrete extracellular vesicles and particles (EVPs) by selectively packaging functional biomolecules. These EVPs facilitate intercellular communication in both normal physiology and pathological conditions. This dataset comprises: (1) genome-wide genetic screens conducted on cancer cells in vitro, (2) RNA sequencing data (2) whole-genome sequencing data derived from EVPs.
