资源简介:
Soil bacteria constitute an important segment of soil microorganisms. They participate in soil microbial ecosystem and maintain soil ecological balance together with other microorganisms. Plants host and soil bacteria have mutual interactions. Bacteria in the soil can cause plant diseases, may also help the plant resistance to disease. During the occurrence of disease, the metabolites secreted by plant roots can recruit beneficial bacteria to participate in the resistance response of plants, which in turn affects the distribution of bacterial populations in the soil. Currently, the interaction between plants and soil microorganisms in the occurrence of tea leaf spot remains unclear. We employed 16S rDNA sequencing to analyze the composition and function of bacterial communities in the soil of tea planted in different regions when tea leaf spot occurred. This would help us to further explore the pathogenesis of tea leaf spot.
