Initial condition files for the numerical simulation of bioluminescent bacteria self-organization patterns used for the master's thesis "Computational Modeling of Luminous Bacteria Self-Organization" (Vilnius University, 2025). Contains: master_ic.dat - 3D master initial condition (N_RHO=40, N_PHI=224, NZ=80), random uniform distribution in [0.5, 1.5] ic_polar.dat - 2D polar initial condition extracted from master at z=H (top disk) ic_cyl.dat - 2D cylindrical initial condition extracted from master at r=R (outer surface) ic_1d.dat - 1D initial condition extracted from master at r=R, z=H (outer edge at top) All files are extracted from the same 3D master for consistency across models. Generated using the IC generator included in the code repository. Geometry: cylinder, R=5.0, H=10.0 Format: plain-text .dat files with # KEY = VALUE header
