Register of relocation requests referred to in Article 25(4) ZIntPK

The record of relocation requests referred to in the fourth paragraph of Article 25 of the ZIntPK refers to applicants — civil servants who have requested a transfer to another equivalent post and informed the Commission thereof, since retaliation continues even after the Commission has requested that such conduct be terminated, which makes it impossible to continue working at their place of work. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: the personal name of the applicant; the personal name of the person requesting unlawful or unethical conduct; indication of the authority; the content of the assessment/relocation request, the post occupied by the applicant before and after the transfer.
