面向全球主要国家碳排放核算和减排潜力比较评估，本数据集基于各国政府根据联合国气候变化框架公约（UNFCCC）提交的国家温室气体清单报告等，收集整理了各国官方在核算本国1990-2019年碳排放量时使用的本国特有的碳排放因子，以及2006年IPCC 国家温室气体清单指南中的主要碳排放因子缺省值等，收入的数据包含约50个主要国家和地区的燃料燃烧、能源生产、工业过程、农业生产4个领域的3级约440项人为活动的CO2、CH4、N2O排放因子共约11万个，时间跨度为1985-2019年。

This dataset is designed to support carbon emission accounting and comparative assessment of mitigation potential for major countries worldwide. It is compiled based on national greenhouse gas inventory reports and other official documents submitted by governments to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The dataset collects and organizes both country-specific emission factors officially used by each country when calculating its national carbon emissions from 1990 to 2019, and the default values of major emission factors specified in the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories. The included data covers approximately 110,000 sets of CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O emission factors derived from around 440 anthropogenic activity items at Tier 3 level across four sectors: fuel combustion, energy production, industrial processes and agricultural production, spanning approximately 50 major countries and regions, with a time coverage ranging from 1985 to 2019.
