Raw tablet trajectories for investigating the speed-curvature power law in human drawing and tracking

This dataset contains pseudonymized raw tablet trajectories collected to investigate the speed-curvature power law in human drawing and tracking movements. Experiment 1 includes target-tracking recordings from 30 participants. Experiment 2 includes ellipse-tracing and free-scribbling recordings collected at natural and instructed-slow paces from 40 participants. Data from one Experiment 2 participant (P35) were excluded from the primary analysis because of a recording-hardware failure, but the raw files are retained for transparency.The deposit contains trajectory files in CSV and JSON format and summaries in JSON format. The summaries document experimental conditions, repetitions, practice and recording trials, and relevant rerecording provenance. Participant identifiers are pseudonymous. The files contain raw acquisition data and have not undergone spatial conversion, resampling, smoothing, differentiation, temporal trimming, curvature masking, or statistical fitting.The accompanying analysis repository provides the preprocessing pipeline, accepted analysis configuration, derived results, simulations, statistical analyses, and manuscript figure-generation code.
