Transcriptome Analysis og PNS-organoid

In the treatment of peripheral nerve injuries, Schwann cells (known as peripheral glial cells) play a very important role. Schwann cells are central to the repair and regeneration of peripheral nerves. These cells support the regeneration of damaged nerve fibers and aid in the formation of new neural pathways. In this study, a group of cells in the peripheral nerve lineage was induced through neural crest cells from human induced pluripotent stem cells.
