This dataset contains anonymised secondary data from a longitudinal study on the introduction and evaluation of mobile work at the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport and Housing (HMWEVW). The study comprised five survey waves between 2019 and 2023, as well as longitudinal monitoring during the pilot phase.
