ODLE (Orbital Debris Lightcurve Extraction) - Training, validation and test datasets

The following dataset is used in the paper “Streak detection in the VST/OmegaCAM archive using deep learning” (Rachith et al. 2026). It contains the training, validation and test datasets for the detection algorithm and the classification algorithm, as well as the pre-trained models. The annotations released with this dataset are derived from VST/OmegaCAM images obtained from the ESO Science Archive Facility. ESO archive data are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). Users of these annotations must also acknowledge ESO as the original data provider. When using the datasets, please cite the appropriate DOIs.
