This dataset contains raw lensfree on-chip measurements of 10 µm polystyrene microspheres acquired using a maskless and on-chip LED-array microscope with spatially-varying illumination angle calibration. The dataset includes the raw measurement matrix (.mat), and calibration parameters used to perform phase reconstruction and illumination-angle correction.
