Understand the changes to the olfactory bulb when virus is transiently present in the peripheral olfactory organ. The live attenuated IHNV does not reach the brain of adult zebrafish, yet there is evidence of OSN activation and activation in the OB correlated with behavioral changes. Here we did single cell RNA-Seq with 10x genomics platform on adult zebrafish olfactory bulbs 15 minutes and 1 day after intranasal delivery of virus.
