项目监管平台以空间基础信息平台数据为依据，通过天空地一体化建设，直观的展示建设项目用地从批复、交地、开工、建设、竣工监管全过程的业务数据展示和现场实时视频画面。对建设用地进行告警提醒、开竣工监管、跟踪管理、竣工验收、闲置土地查处，实现对本辖区批后建设用地全程监管，助力土地节约集约利用。

Based on the data from the spatial basic information platform, the project supervision platform, via the construction of the integrated space-air-ground system, intuitively displays operational data and real-time on-site video footage throughout the entire supervision lifecycle of construction project land use, which covers land approval, land handover, construction commencement, construction phase and completion acceptance. It conducts alarm reminders, commencement and completion supervision, tracking management, completion acceptance, and idle land investigation and disposal for construction land, achieving full-process supervision of post-approval construction land within its jurisdiction, and facilitating the economical and intensive utilization of land resources.
