Replication data for: Dataset of composition and functional parameters quantified on different fractions, the Analysis of Variance and GDA of avocado (Persea americana Mil. Var Hass) belonging to four quality classifications

Raw data obtained from the chemical analysis of four fractions of avocado corresponding to four quality classifications from Jalisco Mexico. The data set include results of morphometric and compositional parameters such as fruit weight and fractions proportion, humidity, dry matter, fat content. Additionally, includes the content of functional compounds such as total phenols, individual phenols profile, total carotenoids, antioxidant activity, and fatty acids profile for all the fractions according to fruits quality.
