Data Collection: Screen traditional Chinese medicinal materials in accordance with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, focusing on diseases including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, fractures and aseptic bone necrosis, by considering their etiology and symptoms, as well as the medicinal properties, tastes and therapeutic functions of herbs. Collect relevant information including varieties of medicinal materials, dosage, processing procedures, process names, treatment methods, process indicators, process parameters, experimental details (e.g., groups, experimental models, administration doses), and detection indicators (e.g., tissue morphology, blood calcium content).
2. Data Processing:
(1) Conduct pharmacodynamic evaluation experiments such as osteoporosis efficacy studies on preparations derived from different formulas and processes. After data cleaning (e.g., removing erroneous data) and data analysis (e.g., Principal Component Analysis, PCA), establish a dataset of medicinal formulas and preparation processes, and obtain information such as varieties of medicinal materials, dosage, processing procedures, treatment methods, process names, process indicators and process parameters.
