Data from: Climate change is associated with a higher extinction risk of a subshrub in anthropogenic landscapes

This dataset contains the data and R scripts to estimate the survival, growth, flowering probability, number of flowers, and seedling size of the fire-adapted subshrub dewy pine (Drosophyllum lusitanicum) monitored between 2016 and 2022 in three natural and five anthropogenic (i.e., highly human-dominated permanently disturbed sites) in southern Spain. We used Generalised Additive Models to investigate how rainfall, temperature, and density affect the survival, growth, and reproduction of individuals in natural and anthropogenic populations of dewy-pines.
