The goals of this study are to describe the novel method, HIV Single Molecule Real Time Capture, that captures and enriches for sequences that contain HIV provirus. This long-read method enriches for HIV-containing sequences using biotinylated-probes. These reads are bioinformatically selected and HIV-containing reads.
