Chromatin immunoprecipitation of Snt1, of PolII, and of H3K4me2, respectively, applied with tilling array chip (ChIP on chip of Snt1, of PolII, and of H3K4me2, respectively) analysis demonstrated that a compared genomic occupancy of Snt1, of PolII, and of H3K4me2 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae wild type cells compared anong those in Hst1 deleted, Hos2 deleted and Hst2 & Hos2 double deleted cells
分别针对Snt1、RNA聚合酶II(PolII)以及组蛋白H3赖氨酸4二甲基化(H3K4me2)开展的染色质免疫共沉淀-平铺式基因组芯片(ChIP-on-chip)分析结果显示,本研究对酿酒酵母野生型菌株与Hst1缺失、Hos2缺失及Hst2与Hos2双缺失菌株中上述三种分子的基因组结合占有率进行了系统比较。
