设备性能稼动率是指衡量设备在生产过程中的实际使用效率比重。通过本算法得到的设备性能稼动率数据,再将数据与FineBi可视化工具相结合。业务部门可以在任何时刻通过车间、设备、线体组等多维度分析设备性能稼动率情况,从而发现生产车间中存在的设备利用效率低下的问题,帮助企业更好地把控生产资本的利用效益。设备性能稼动率数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面:1、数据采集:通过端口进入,从而获取设备的信息数据,完成信息数据的采集。2、数据校验:通过对导入的维修时间、其他停机工时等基础数据进行比对和验证,以确保数据的一致性、准确性和完整性。3、数据处理:通过使用WebService的方式连接数据库,实现数据交互。关于日期、车间、线体组、线体等字段通过唯一主键进行多表关联,搭建所需字段的SQL模型。通过FineBi数据分析计算各日期、车间、线体组、设备等同一维度的分组汇总(∑(每组同一维度字段的值))的结果值即使用公式K=1+1.6log(N^2/100)。其中,稼动时间T2=负荷时间-正常停机时间*w1-其他停机工时*w2-维修时间*w3;性能稼动率w=(单片理论*产量)/稼动时间*m*100%。通过该算法能更加清晰的分析到某时间段的不同维度的设备性能稼动率分析情况,从而帮助业务部门更好把控车间中存在设备的贡献程度。

Equipment Performance Utilization Rate is a metric that measures the actual utilization efficiency proportion of equipment during the production process. By combining the equipment performance utilization rate data obtained through this algorithm with the FineBI visualization tool, business departments can analyze the equipment performance utilization rate from multiple dimensions such as workshop, equipment and line group at any time, so as to identify the problems of low equipment utilization efficiency in production workshops and help enterprises better manage the utilization efficiency of production capital. The algorithm rules for equipment performance utilization rate data include the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Obtain equipment information data through port access to complete the collection of information data. 2. Data Validation: Compare and verify basic data such as imported maintenance time and other downtime hours to ensure the consistency, accuracy and integrity of the data. 3. Data Processing: Connect to the database via Web Service to realize data interaction. Build a SQL model for required fields by performing multi-table joins using unique primary keys on fields including date, workshop, line group and production line. Calculate the grouped summary results (∑(values of the same dimension field in each group)) for dimensions such as each date, workshop, line group and equipment through FineBI data analysis, using the formula K=1+1.6log(N²/100). Among them, the operating time T2 = load time - normal downtime * w1 - other downtime hours * w2 - maintenance time * w3; the performance utilization rate w = (theoretical processing time per piece * output) / operating time * m * 100%. This algorithm can clearly analyze the equipment performance utilization rate of different dimensions in a specific time period, thereby helping business departments better grasp the contribution degree of equipment in the workshop.
