通过计算胶印机设备的OEE(设备综合效率),能准确地知晓设备运行效率如何,以便及时地进行改善。使用OEE模型,企业可以轻松的找到影响生产效率的瓶颈,降低设备的故障以及维修成本,并进行改进和跟踪,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命,达到提高生产效率的目的。OEE可以帮助所有生产制造型企业,对生产设备进行分析,改善生产状况,提高产品质量,能最大化提高设备的利用率,对使用同型号设备的企业有参考意义。1、数据收集:数据采集于企业内部,对采集到的胶印机设备数据进行降噪、清洗、加工后进行处理。 2、数据处理:设备综合运行效率(OEE)=时间利用率×性能效率×质量合格率,时间利用率(%)=实际运行时间(分钟)/计划生产时间(分钟),性能效率=实际平均速度(张/小时)/标准速度(张/小时),质量合格率(%)=(总产量-不合格品数量)/总产量,上述三个数据计算保留小数点后两位。 计划生产时间为固定值,720分钟。 3、OEE值越大,表明设备效率越高。85%以上的OEE通常被认为是优秀水平,这代表了设备在生产过程中发挥了极高的效能。60%到85%的OEE表示设备还有一定的改进空间,通过优化设备维护、改进生产工艺、提高操作员技能等措施,可以进一步提升设备效率。低于60%的OEE则表明设备效率较低,需要进行显著的改进和优化。通过监控OEE值,可以帮助企业生产设备保持良好的正常运转,降低设备的故障以及维修成本,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命。

Calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of offset printing press equipment can accurately reflect the operational efficiency of the equipment, enabling enterprises to carry out timely improvements. By leveraging the OEE model, enterprises can easily identify bottlenecks restricting production efficiency, reduce equipment failures and maintenance costs, implement improvement and tracking measures, strengthen equipment management to extend service life, and ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing production efficiency. OEE can assist all manufacturing enterprises in analyzing production equipment, improving production status, boosting product quality, maximizing equipment utilization, and providing reference value for enterprises using the same equipment models. 1、Data Collection: Data is collected from within the enterprise. The collected offset printing press equipment data is processed through denoising, cleaning and preprocessing. 2、Data Processing: The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is calculated as Availability × Performance Efficiency × Quality Rate. Where: Availability (%) = Actual Operating Time (minutes) / Planned Production Time (minutes) Performance Efficiency = Actual Average Speed (sheets/hour) / Standard Speed (sheets/hour) Quality Rate (%) = (Total Production - Number of Defective Products) / Total Production All three calculated values are retained to two decimal places. The Planned Production Time is a fixed value of 720 minutes. 3、The higher the OEE score, the higher the equipment efficiency. An OEE score of over 85% is generally considered an excellent level, representing that the equipment has achieved extremely high performance during production. An OEE score between 60% and 85% indicates that the equipment still has certain room for improvement. Measures such as optimizing equipment maintenance, improving production processes, and enhancing operator skills can further improve equipment efficiency. An OEE score below 60% shows relatively low equipment efficiency, requiring significant improvements and optimizations. Monitoring OEE scores can help enterprises keep their production equipment in good normal operation, reduce equipment failures and maintenance costs, strengthen equipment management to extend the service life of the equipment.
