We report the differences of gene expression pattern of 4 different groups of mouse lung CD45- cells (Naive mouse without IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, Naive mouse with IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, MCMV-infected mouse without IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, and MCMV-infected mouse with IL-15/IL-15Ra complex). We found that mouse with MCMV-memory CD8 T cells response to IL-15/IL-15Ra complex and the behaviors of cancer were changed compared to other groups. Overall design: Compare gene expression pattern of 4 different groups of mouse lung CD45- cells (Naive mouse without IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, Naive mouse with IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, MCMV-infected mouse without IL-15/IL-15Ra complex, and MCMV-infected mouse with IL-15/IL-15Ra complex).
