Comparing Efficacy of Dry Needling and Myofascial Release on Pain Pressure Sensitivity, Mobility, Impairment and Health Related Quality of life in patients with Tension-type Headache.

This randomized clinical study aims to compare efficacy of two interventions Dry needling and Myofascial release. Patient age between 20-40 years are recruited. Outcome measures used are Visual analogue Scale (VAS), Digital Algometer and two questionnaires (HDI and HIT-6). Total Intervention period is of 2 weeks and each intervention is given for 3 days in a week for consecutive 2 weeks.
