"Chine. Grand’mère et petit fils.” A grandmother holds her little grandson as they pose for a photo. The woman is dressed in a leather coat and wears earrings. The child is wearing a T-shirt and short pants. Both wear a bracelet on their right arm. The caption and following information are printed on the back of the postcard: “Procure des Missions des Pères Jesuites. ‘Chine – Madagascar’. 73, Rue des Stations, Lille – C.C.P. 134.” Handwriting in French closely covers the back.
