资源简介:

Public law restrictions are restrictions imposed by the government. These determine what you may or may not do with a home, another building or a piece of land. The restrictions are registered by the Land Registry. For example, public-law restrictions include: • Protected monuments such as national monuments or municipal monuments • Protected living environment (natural monuments) • Soil protection (obligation to register contaminated soil) • Requirements set within the Housing Act, such as means to enforce certain facilities for a property • Measures necessary for national defence For a complete overview see: https://developer.kadaster.nl/schemas/waardelijsten/GrondslagBRK-PB/index.html This dataset is available through a WMS, WFS and Atom download service (GeoPackage) and is updated daily.
