Immune cell scRNA-seq of tumor and spleen from castrated and non-castrated mice

Single-cell RNA sequencing of CD45+ sorted immune cells from four experimental groups: sham surgery-tumor & spleen (spleen from the same tumor-bearing mice), castration-tumor & spleen (spleen from the same tumor-bearing mice). Three replicates for each group.
