Differential expression of genes in photoreceptor and other retinal cells in developing retina

To analyze cell lineage specific global transcriptional changes during retinogenesis, we sequenced mRNA from developing retina fractioned to Cd73+ photoreceptors and Cd73- other cells, in addition to the whole retina at embryonic period. Examination of global mRNA expression patterns of mouse retinal cells by RNA sequence为解析视网膜发生（retinogenesis）过程中细胞谱系特异性的全转录组变化，我们对胚胎期全视网膜，以及经分选得到的Cd73阳性光感受器细胞（Cd73+ photoreceptors）和Cd73阴性其他细胞的发育中视网膜mRNA进行了测序。本研究通过RNA测序对小鼠视网膜细胞的全mRNA表达模式展开分析。
