Core and tail residual catalogues (locked pipeline): SPARC LTG rotmod and Sofue (2018) Atlas

We provide residual catalogues derived from the SPARC late-type galaxy (LTG) rotmod files and the Sofue (2018) Atlas by applying, without modification, the locked pipeline defined in our paper A Universal Three-Mode Geometry of Galaxy Core Residuals Beyond the Radial Acceleration Relation. For SPARC, the catalogue includes three-mode core outputs measured on the disk-peak–normalised core window 1≤x<3(with x=r/r0), as well as tail-window (x≥3x ) quantities and the T0/T1 classification obtained after subtracting the fixed-width core reconstruction (s=1) and compressing the remainder with a damped log-periodic template (ω=2). For the Sofue (2018) Atlas, we provide core-only outputs produced by adapting the same three-basis core model to the atlas input format. To ensure reproducibility, all tables/CSVs are accompanied by methods text that freezes the full set of computational conventions (window boundaries, tie-break rules, scatter definitions/ddof, clipping rules, etc.), and the rounding/printing rules are matched to the precision used in the main text and appendix tables.
