Using Illumina and Iso-PacBio seq technologies to study the differential genes in the ovaries of different duck breeds

We generated ovary transcriptomes from Shaoxing ducks and Qiangying ducks at 43 weeks of age (n = 3 per breed) to identify differentially expressed genes in ovary development. RNA was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000, producing approximately 45 million paired-end reads per sample. The dataset contains 12 raw fastq files; and Iso-pacbio seq pooled sequencing was performed, with the dataset containing 2 raw bam files.
