13C labeling of glutamate and glutamine (fmol/cell and nmol/mg protein) from [2-13C]glucose, and PC, PDH and backflux fractional fluxes in IDHwt and IDHmut immortalized normal human astrocytes.

IDHwt (n = 3) and IDHmut (n = 3) NHA cell extracts were analyzed by MR spectroscopy following 18 hours of incubation with medium containing 1 g/L [2-13C]glucose. Fractional fluxes were calculated based on the intensities of the four labeled peaks.
