This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing data from primary gastric cancer tissues collected from patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery at Seoul National University in Korea between 2014 and 2016. RNA was extracted from FFPE samples. The study aims to elucidate the genetic differences between patients with metastatic and non-metastatic gastric cancer.
