The FlyLight Split-GAL4 Driver Collection is a Drosophila neuron expression profile database that provides detailed anatomical data for Split-GAL4 driver lineages. This database hosts a large collection of Drosophila neuronal labeling lineages, and supports multi-faceted retrieval based on neuronal morphology, genomic DNA fragments, EM-defined cell types and other relevant criteria. The dataset is co-developed and maintained by multiple laboratories at the Janelia Research Campus.
