URBAN SERVICE AREA

The USA provided policies in the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan that were written to encourage redevelopment, infill and clarification that development would be reviewed against all policies of the Comprehensive Plan. The USA is exempt from the DRI process. The USA boundary is known as Map K in the Future Land Use map series. Created Nov. 2013马纳蒂县综合规划中纳入了城市服务区（Urban Service Area，USA）的相关政策，该政策旨在鼓励再开发、填充式开发，并明确开发活动需依据综合规划的全部政策接受审核。该城市服务区（USA）可豁免区域影响开发（Development of Regional Impact，DRI）流程，其边界对应未来土地利用地图系列中的K号地图。本资料于2013年11月编制完成。
